1. How to order

  1.      You can submit your order on-line and pay through our secure on-line payment facility

We accept credit card payments on-line or over the telephone.

Please do not send your credit card details in an email as this is not secure. We are also happy to accept cheque payments.

It may be possible to pay a deposit at the time of order and defer final balance payment until closer to your delivery date-please contact us to discuss. 

Whichever method you prefer to place your order, once received we will contact you.

We will go through your order in detail and reconfirm your exact requirements and timescales.

After this your order and payment details will be confirmed in writing.

You can then relax, assured that your order will be given the personal care and attention of the renowned 'euphoria experience'.

All you have to do is contain your excitement until your glittering creation arrives.

NB: please refer to section 3 for delivery details.

2. Postage and Packaging and Pricing

All orders over £150.00 are shipped either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or private courier, Monday- Friday 9am-6pm. A signature will be required upon delivery. Orders valued at less than £150.00 may be sent Royal Mail First Class or Recorded Delivery.

Currently, we are only able to accept on-line orders to shipping addresses within the United Kingdom. To enquire about shipments to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, please contact Euphoria Customer Services either by telephone (+44) (0) 1844 214144 or via our internet "Contact us page".

As you would expect, all Euphoria products are beautifully and securely packaged. All the prices you see are inclusive of delivery to mainland United Kingdom and VAT at 17.5%.

3. Delivery

As standard please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery owing to the bespoke nature of our business.

If you are working to a shorter timescale do not despair! Contact us before placing your order to explain your needs and we will move heaven and earth to try to accommodate your request.

If you are ordering well in advance of your requirement date, we are happy for you to request a future delivery date beyond 4-6 weeks. It is also possible to pay a deposit at the time of order and defer final balance payment until closer to your delivery date-please contact us to discuss. 

To save your stress levels and our sanity, wherever possible we would always wish to deliver at least 4 weeks prior to your special day.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Thankfully, this is extremely rare BUT if the goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival please telephone +44 (0) 1844 214144 within 24 hours of receipt, to notify us of the problem.

Depending upon the details we will jointly agree how best to resolve the issue. We will most likely ask you to return the goods by post (guaranteed delivery with sufficient insurance) - you will be re-imbursed this cost, and we will then repair the item and re-deliver as a matter of urgency.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging.

5. Returns Policy/Euphoria Commitment

As all Euphoria products are specifically made to each customers' exact requirements, it is not possible to return them unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you are not entirely happy with the item for any reason please do contact us within 24hours of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. It is our Euphoria Commitment that we will try everything possible to ensure we have consistently happy customers. Your positive comments could be our next order and we never lose sight of that.

The clearer we are jointly about your exact requirements initially, the more likely it is that your expectations will be exceeded when your Euphoria creation arrives.

6. Cancellations

We thankfully have a very low percentage of cancellations. However, should you need to cancel please note the following:

Notification of cancellation must be made by email or telephone as early as possible.

This must be no later than two months prior to delivery; any later than this and your goods are likely to be in production.

At the point of cancellation your order will be removed from our work schedule and your deposit will be forfeit.

If, however, cancellation is made after the commencement of production of your order, then the full balance will be charged.

7. Accuracy of information

Euphoria Couture Ltd. takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information included on this site. However, information provided is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Accordingly Euphoria Couture Ltd. cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided on this site.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell your name and address details to any other organisation. We respect the trust you put in us to keep your details confidential.

Ordering on the web is secure. Our payments are passed through a secure certified server.

9. Copyright

All of the materials, designs, images and text are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights owned by Euphoria Couture Ltd.
